Allied Universal is seeking a Director of Operations, Special Services to oversee planning, staffing, and execution of high-risk security deployments across multiple sites. The role includes travel, client communications, and financial accountability for margins.

You will supervise Special Services, Transport, and Show Teams, ensuring on-time, compliant operations and 24/7 support for urgent assignments. Strong leadership and logistics expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field; five years of mgmt in high-volume setting.
• 3+ years professional-level security management, multi-location leadership.
• Strong ability to manage time-sensitive operations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Special Services operations and staffing for high-risk deployments.
• Direct and supervise Special Services, Transport, and Show Teams.
• Coordinate nationwide deployment of armed/unarmed personnel and logistics.
• Serve as primary operational escalation point for clients and partners.
• Maintain client satisfaction and contract compliance; monitor standards.
