Flexential is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead technical sales execution across regional domains, aligning field practice with growth priorities.

You will partner with RVPs and sales leaders to develop territory plans, allocate resources, strengthen pipeline, and drive customer outcomes while building a high-performing team and scalable processes.

Travel up to 25% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable rapid scale and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• 10+ years in technology, solution engineering, or technical sales with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead Solution Engineering teams across multiple markets or territories.
