Grafana Labs is hiring a Director of Solutions Engineering for the East region, fully remote. You will build and scale a high-performing SE organization (20+ SEs) and partner with Sales leadership to drive opportunities across products and GTM motions.

You’ll grow a culture that prioritizes teamwork, collaboration, and open-source values while guiding strategic customer engagements. You will help shape processes, enablement, and playbooks, partner with VPs of Sales, and advocate for field

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in 2nd line SE leadership.
• Experience scaling teams to 30+ employees.
• Experience working in open source, developer-centric GTM motions, or observability.
• Extensive experience with complex, enterprise sales.
