Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced leader to guide second-line systems engineering leadership, partnering with the VP of Sales to scale teams and drive strategic impact. You will shape culture, prioritize collaboration, and engage with customers to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of 2nd line SE leadership experience.
• Proven success scaling teams to over 30 employees in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience in open source, developer-centric GTM motions, or observability.
