Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering, East, to build and manage a high-performing SE team across the East region in a fully remote environment. You will partner with Sales leadership to scale the SE function, drive strategic opportunities, and foster collaboration with open source communities.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, enterprise sales experience, and a passion for observability and developer-centric GTM motions.

Qualifications

• Located on the East Coast of the US.
• At least 2 years of experience in 2nd line SE leadership.
• Experience scaling teams to 30+ employees.
• Experience in open source, developer-centric GTM motions, or observability.
• Extensive experience with complex, enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Be a culture carrier and lead the East SE organization.
• Advise on key opportunities alongside the VP of Sales.
• Build cross-functional relationships across teams and customers.
• Engage with customers strategically and push for scalable processes and outputs.
