Job summary
Omilia is seeking a Solution Consultant Director to lead and scale the pre‑sales function in the United States or global segments, driving revenue through technical excellence and strong team performance. You will unite Sales, Product and Delivery, mentoring Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers, and serving as the senior technical voice in strategic deals with international travel as required.
You will influence the regional or global sales strategy, own enablement assets, and ensure quality
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in pre-sales within enterprise SaaS.
- Deep knowledge of conversational AI and CCaaS.
- Proven track record in closing complex enterprise deals.
- Fluency in English at a professional level.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the pre-sales function regionally or globally.
- Coach and develop Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers.
- Own regional pre-sales strategy, tooling and enablement.
- Represent Omilia in senior customer forums and events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Delivery to align roadmaps.
- Drive pre-sales forecasting alongside Sales leadership.
