Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking a Director of Solution Consulting to lead presales across its enterprise SaaS platform, partnering with Sales and Product to shape demonstrations and technical narratives for Fortune 500 legal departments. You’ll build demos, design end-to-end solutions, and scale a global presales team while driving strategic deal outcomes.

You’ll own the presales motion from scoping to decision, create value-based business cases, and mentor a growing team, traveling internationally as needed

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting or a related presales role, with at least 4 years leading presales teams
• Proven track record supporting complex enterprise SaaS sales into Fortune 500 or global organizations, including large, multi-year deals
• Executive presence delivering compelling demos and narratives to C-suite stakeholders
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions and translating requirements into quantified business cases
• Demonstrated influence on deal strategy, working with Sales leadership
• Experience shaping product roadmap priorities with field insights
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and building prototypes for demos
• Strong operational rigor with presales metrics and capacity planning
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify technical concepts
• Willingness to travel internationally
