Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering organization (50-150+ engineers).
• Embed AI/ML-powered automation into the engineering lifecycle as production features.
• Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Data Engineers and business leaders to translate strategy into engineering bets.
• Advocate for architectural debt reduction and feasible timelines.
