Job summary

Dial Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director in supervising community operations and driving high-quality resident care. The role focuses on financial performance, regulatory compliance, and staff development to ensure resident, family, and team satisfaction.

You will collaborate on budget planning, payroll, reporting, and on-call coverage, while maintaining open communication with residents, families, and the home office.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of management and supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for senior living communities.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management.
• Coordinate admissions, move-ins/move-outs and related resident processes.
• Maintain financial records, accounts receivable/payables, and budget oversight.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Lead efforts to sustain high resident and family satisfaction and effective team communication.
