Legend Senior Living is seeking a Residence Director to lead overall community management, including daily operations, staffing, and financial performance. You will ensure exceptional holistic care for residents and coordinate departments to deliver quality service.

As Executive Director, you will drive budgets, implement programs, and maintain compliance with state requirements, while fostering a positive work and living environment for residents and associates.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in an operations leadership role.
• Administrator’s license or applicable certification as required by the state.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing and supervising the operations of all departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales).
• Managing the community budget, expense management and compliance with state requirements.
• Maintaining programs such as quality management, safety management and community outreach.
• Assisting department leaders with move-ins, care plans, competitor analysis and special events.
• Promoting a positive work and living environment by resolving concerns in a professional manner.
• Fulfilling other duties as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, or being available after hours to ensure the proper running of the residence.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
