Horizon Media seeks a Director to lead multiple teams and client portfolios within our expanding Search Marketing practice. You will oversee relationship management, strategy development, and the execution of paid search across major engines, mentoring staff and fostering a test/learn culture.

You will drive new business engagements, refine processes, and champion innovative techniques. Strong analytical, Excel, and analytics capabilities are essential to success.

Qualificações

• 8+ years experience in SEM, focused on direct response campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with bid optimization platforms and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships on behalf of the Search team.
• Manage subset of Search team across multiple clients and campaigns.
• Develop and implement paid search strategies and testing methodology.
• Mentor junior staff and champion test/learn innovation culture.
• Drive new business engagements from RFP to horizon management.
• Evaluate new technologies across the search landscape.
