Amwins Self-Funded is seeking a Claims Manager to lead and support a dedicated claims team, delivering outstanding service to clients and partners. The role is primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility and a training period before remote work is available.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, oversee performance and coaching, and partner with QA for quality assurance while managing claim submissions and reporting.

Formación

• 2+ years of management experience leading, coaching, and developing a claims team.
• Bachelor's degree or 3–5+ years of Group Benefits/claims experience.
• 3–5 years of claims or production-environment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Claims team and guide staff through performance and development.
• Collaborate with QA and leadership to monitor quality and drive process improvements.
• Manage claim submissions, tracking, reporting, and client communications.
