Amwins Self-Funded is seeking a Claims Manager to lead and support a dedicated claims team, improving processes and delivering excellent client service. This role is primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility after training, and involves coaching staff, managing workloads, and coordinating with carriers and brokers.

You will partner with the Claims Lead and QA teams to ensure quality, accurate claim submissions and timely reporting, while driving service excellence across internal departments

Formación

• 2+ years of management experience with a passion for leading, coaching, and developing others.
• Bachelor's degree or 3–5+ years of experience working in Group Benefits.
• 3–5 years of claims or production-environment experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the day-to-day operations and supports the success of assigned Claims team members.
• Provides targeted coaching and process guidance in partnership with the Claims Lead.
• Uses QA findings to drive team development, performance management, and operational oversight.
• Oversees the master list of groups/cases and works with client account assignments.
• Manages and oversees filing for Stop Loss Claims and supports high-priority claims submissions.
• Produces monthly claims reporting and notifications to Stop Loss carriers.
