Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security Products to own the next wave of Cribl Detect and beyond. You will examine market opportunities, build the business case, and decide which areas to pursue, then lead product definition, requirements, success metrics, and delivery with engineering from 0 to 1.

You will manage cross‑functional partnerships with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners, hire and mentor PMs, and represent Cribl externally with customers and at industry

Formación

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related role.
• 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations and how SOC teams work.
• Hands-on product experience in security automation and response (SOAR) or related tech.
• Portfolio-level thinking with evidence of evaluating new markets and building business cases.
• Leadership experience mentoring PMs and cross-functional influence across teams.
• Technical depth to discuss data architectures and detection logic with engineers.
• Strong written communication: PRDs and strategy documents.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategy for Cribl's security product portfolio, including market analysis and customer discovery.
• Build business cases for each area: customer problem, market size, and options (build/partner/buy).
• Lead product definition, requirements, success metrics, and delivery with engineering from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Ensure new capabilities work within Cribl Detect as a unified platform with shared data models and workflows.
• Engage with customers (CISOs, SOC managers) to validate direction before committing resources.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners on positioning, packaging, and launches.
• Grow the team by hiring and mentoring PMs as areas get funded.
• Represent Cribl security externally at customers, analysts, and industry events.
