Pearson seeks a Director of School Operations to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. You will coach school leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive scalable execution aligned with Pearson values.

Responsibilities include managing leaders, enabling enrollment growth, and partnering with SSP to implement academic improvement initiatives while supporting leadership development and risk mitigation.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership experience is required.
• Flexible and adaptable with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to travel frequently.

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Directly manage and coach multiple school leaders across a portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements at scale.
• Strengthen school leader effectiveness, stability, and succession.

• Partner with SSP to translate strategy into scalable execution.
• Support academic improvement initiatives and data-driven reviews.
• Maintain enterprise systems adoption and minimize disruption.
