Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead operational execution across multiple Connections Academy schools. You will coach and develop school leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and scale processes to sustain enrollment growth and student success.

The role requires leading leaders, partnering with cross-functional teams, and balancing competing priorities for scalable impact. Travel is expected in this senior leadership position.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience at principal level or higher.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven decision making and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across a portfolio of schools.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements.
• Coach school leaders and leadership teams.
• Drive enrollment growth through operational readiness and execution.
• Partner with School Success Partner and Academic Outcomes teams.
• Manage and develop school leaders and ensure succession planning.
