Pearson, a global learning company, seeks a Director of School Operations to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. You will coach principals and leadership teams to ensure strong operations, student experience, and success across multiple campuses.

The role requires the ability to translate strategy into scalable practice, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and support enrollment readiness while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level required.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership required.

• Ability to travel frequently

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Directly manage and coach multiple school leaders across a portfolio of schools.
• Establish consistent operational expectations across schools while allowing for local nuances.
• Hold school leaders accountable for execution of academic actions and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor operational health, engagement trends, and compliance indicators across schools.
• Provide structured, data-informed coaching to leaders to improve execution at scale.
