Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. You will coach principals and school leaders, aligning teams to compliance, enrollment growth, and student success.

In this senior role, you will collaborate with the School Success Partner and Academic Outcomes teams to drive scalable execution, sustain leadership capacity, and ensure strategic goals are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required
• Virtual school leadership experience is required
• Willingness to travel frequently

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements at scale
• Strengthen school leader effectiveness, stability, and succession
• Enable enrollment growth through operational readiness
• Partner with SSP to translate account strategy into scalable execution
• Support academic improvement by holding school leaders accountable to initiatives
• Ensure Pearson model is implemented with fidelity and alignment to values
