Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead enterprise-level operational excellence across multiple Connections Academy schools. The role partners with school leaders, coaches leadership teams, ensures compliance, and enables scalable enrollment growth while maintaining a strong student experience.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of principal-level leadership, a relevant advanced degree, and virtual school leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level required.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership experience is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong communications skills and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools.
• Coach and develop school leaders to improve execution, compliance, and student outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory and contract compliance and scale operational efficiency.
• Enable enrollment growth through operational readiness and leadership stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align goals and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement of the School Operations operating model.
