Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to drive enterprise-level operational excellence across multiple Connections Academy schools. You will coach school leaders, ensure compliance, and enable enrollment growth while maintaining high student experience.

The role requires leading leaders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and traveling to partner sites to ensure scalable, sustainable operations aligned with Pearson values.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent role.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management required.
• Experience leading and coaching school leaders in virtual or hybrid settings.
• Strong communication, data-driven decision making, and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational execution across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools.
• Coach multiple school leaders and support leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and operational standards.
• Drive enrollment growth through operational readiness and staffing alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to standardize processes at scale.
