Job summary

Care Access seeks a Director of Sales Strategy & Value to shape pricing, value analysis, contracts, and GTM strategy. You will partner with account executives and cross-functional teams to optimize proposals and drive large-scale opportunities across the OneStudyTeam portfolio.

You will design financial narratives, quantify savings, and lead pricing initiatives while supporting client relationships and negotiations. Remote within the US, with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years managing complex projects as an individual contributor or lead.
• Experience in B2B software and services; life sciences is a plus.
• Background in management consulting, banking, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to craft high-caliber proposals and pricing.
• Quantify customer value and build a compelling narrative for deals.
• Translate proposals into formal contracts with cross-functional input.
• Develop pricing models and analyze impact of pricing/bundling strategies.
• Inform GTM motions through market data and strategy alignment.
• Engage in client meetings and support relationship-building across stages.
