Job summary
Plymouth Rock Assurance seeks an innovative, results-driven Director of Sales to shape the future of our Direct Response and Brokerage Sales organization. This senior leader will oversee inbound/outbound sales, onboarding, and sales enablement across Auto, Property, Umbrella and more in multiple states, partnering with executive teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience within a personal lines insurance contact center or related insurance operation.
- Proven track record leading large teams and improving growth and customer experience.
- Experience with multi-product, multi-channel distribution and brokerage operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales organization across inbound/outbound and brokerage channels.
- Drive profitable growth while balancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning and expense management for the sales org.
- Develop talent and strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, Technology and Digital Experience.
