Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Insurance, Finance or quantitative field; CPCU a plus.
• 6+ years in P&C product management or underwriting strategy.
• Experience with Small Commercial products (BOP, GL, CPP) beneficial.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making driven by insights.
• SQL and Python experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial Auto product initiatives across the lifecycle from analysis to monitoring.
• Contribute to a multiyear underwriting strategy balancing risk, experience and growth.
• Partner with underwriting operations to modernize underwriting approach.
• Develop business plans to achieve profit and growth objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop pricing strategies and coverage options aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate to refine appetite, monitor performance, and implement actions.
• Assess pricing adequacy with Actuarial and data insights.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead or support underwriting tech implementations and automation.
