Job summary

Saige Partners is seeking an Outside Sales Executive for flexible packaging. This remote role supports the Midwest region (Chicago area preferred) or the Eastern Time Zone, with a compensation package of $80,000–$120,000 annually plus commission.

You will build relationships across commercial, technical, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams, develop strategic account plans, lead cross-functional initiatives, and identify opportunities that deliver value for customers and Saige Partners.

Qualifications

• Flexible packaging industry experience is required.
• Experience managing and negotiating large, complex customer accounts.
• Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
• Leadership ability to guide multiple cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect and grow existing business while identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities aligned with current capabilities and customer needs.
• Build relationships at multiple levels within the customer’s organization and internal teams.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for profitable growth and long-term partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional projects including complex commercialization opportunities and transitions.
• Coordinate teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of customer commitments.
• Understand customer business strategies and the competitive landscape.
