Salary Range

Specifi, North America provides a pay range based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Job Description

Specifi USA, a global equipment specification platform connecting Foodservice dealers, designers, and manufacturers with proprietary software, seeks a results-oriented, self-driven leader to manage our US team and actively pursue new business. This role involves leading our efforts in storytelling and sales expansion within the US foodservice industry, managing a small team, prospecting, presenting, and onboarding US-based Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers, Dealers, and Manufacturer Representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record with management experience, familiarity with foodservice community or SaaS sales, and extensive cold calling experience. Knowledge of foodservice equipment manufacturers, buying groups, dealers, and consultants is a plus. Demonstrated ability to sell subscriptions to our software is required.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry or SaaS sales
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Relationships with manufacturers and buying groups are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Charismatic with strong presentation skills (live, video, webinars)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Familiarity with remote meeting tools: Zoom, Teams, Meet
