The Associate Business Development Executive is responsible for managing a sales territory to meet quarterly and annual sales targets for Class II and Class III games. This includes servicing existing customers and seeking out new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Display knowledge of company products and promote and sell games and recurring revenue products to increase account penetration.
- Infiltrate the assigned market by demonstrating industry knowledge, identifying, qualifying, and closing prospective target accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the regional Sales Team to develop strategies for individual accounts and territories.
- Develop targeting and customer relations systems in coordination with regional management.
- Oversee sales territory to meet targets, maintaining accountability and tracking systems.
- Report sales forecasts to the Sr. Director, Games, and submit all reports within deadlines.
- Develop and maintain forecast and budget systems.
- Prepare accurate quotes and business proposals.
- Present and demonstrate products using POS materials and presentation kits.
- Close sales according to goals and strategies.
- Refer business opportunities to Aristocrat Systems sales staff.
- Position Aristocrat as a high-performance organization within the territory.
- Manage business expenses and maintain customer information.
- Maintain current product knowledge through training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in gaming or related industry.
- Experience in the Washington (WA) market is preferred but not required.
- Technical knowledge to demonstrate products and respond to customer inquiries.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
