Job description

The Associate Business Development Executive is responsible for managing a sales territory to meet quarterly and annual sales targets for Class II and Class III games. This includes servicing existing customers and seeking out new business opportunities.

What You'll Do
  1. Display knowledge of company products and promote and sell games and recurring revenue products to increase account penetration.
  2. Infiltrate the assigned market by demonstrating industry knowledge, identifying, qualifying, and closing prospective target accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Collaborate with the regional Sales Team to develop strategies for individual accounts and territories.
  4. Develop targeting and customer relations systems in coordination with regional management.
  5. Oversee sales territory to meet targets, maintaining accountability and tracking systems.
  6. Report sales forecasts to the Sr. Director, Games, and submit all reports within deadlines.
  7. Develop and maintain forecast and budget systems.
  8. Prepare accurate quotes and business proposals.
  9. Present and demonstrate products using POS materials and presentation kits.
  10. Close sales according to goals and strategies.
  11. Refer business opportunities to Aristocrat Systems sales staff.
  12. Position Aristocrat as a high-performance organization within the territory.
  13. Manage business expenses and maintain customer information.
  14. Maintain current product knowledge through training.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in gaming or related industry.
  • Experience in the Washington (WA) market is preferred but not required.
  • Technical knowledge to demonstrate products and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and forward-thinking abilities.
  • Leadership and team participation skills.
  • Professional appearance and self-motivation.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
