Ohserase Manufacturing is seeking a strategic, driven Director of Sales to lead our New York State market — the most mature and high-impact region in our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, leading high-performing teams, and shaping the future of Native-owned business across tobacco and fuel.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive revenue, volume, and profitability across tribal and general market customers
  • Lead and grow a dynamic team of sales reps and brand ambassadors
  • Expand our fuel customer base and maximize Signal Tobacco's reach
  • Serve as the voice of the tribal customer, ensuring exceptional service and partnership
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience, and leadership to scale success nationwide
We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of regional sales leadership experience (Tobacco, Fuel, or CPG preferred)
  • A strategic leader capable of driving performance while building trust-based relationships
  • Experience in tribal business environments is a strong plus
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, trade spend)
  • Ability to travel frequently within New York
