As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. Your expertise will help secure contracts that meet or exceed sales quotas and targets. Location
This role is based out of the Milliman office in Tampa, Florida, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.

Compensation
The salary range is $98,000 - $198,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, commission scale, etc. In addition to the base salary, we offer a significant performance-based commission plan, profit sharing, and generous benefits.
