Job summary

PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (dba QUES) seeks a Director of Safety to own safety standards and drive data integrity for decision making across regions. You will lead the field observation program, lifecycle of corrective actions, and incident investigations while ensuring OSHA/DOT compliance and client prequalification readiness.

You will collaborate with Training to align curriculum with exposure findings, manage regional safety staff, and deliver leading indicators for executive

Qualifications

• Demonstrated field credibility in construction.
• 10 years of progressive safety experience across multiple crews or regions.
• Degree may substitute for up to 5 years of safety experience; not required.

Responsibilities

• Own safety standards, policies, and program design across all operating regions.
• Own field observation program design, quality, and integrity; ensure high-quality audits.
• Own corrective action lifecycle end-to-end with due dates and closures.
• Own incident investigations and root cause analysis; support operations post-incident.
• Maintain OSHA/DOT compliance and client prequalification requirements.
• Lead regional safety personnel and oversee safety training alignment.
