PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC is seeking a Director of Safety to own safety standards, policies, and data integrity. You will lead field observation programs, drive corrective actions to closure, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and client prequalification requirements across regions.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, collaboration with Training, and presenting safety insights to executive leadership. A strong track record with field crews is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated field credibility with multi-region safety leadership.
• Minimum 10 years progressive safety experience across crews or regions.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for up to 5 years of safety experience; degree not strictly required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with field crews and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own safety standards, policies, and program design across all operating regions.
• Lead field observation program integrity and quarterly quality reviews.
• Drive corrective actions to verified closure with owners and due dates.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, NFPA 70E and client prequalification requirements.
• Own ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce safety standing and client representations.
• Partner with Training to align curricula with exposure findings.
• Regularly visit job sites to supervise safety practices and mentor teams.
