Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Director of Sales & Operations Planning to design, build, and run the company’s planning framework across multi-site labs. This role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to scale growth and profitability.

The position requires 7–15 years in operations planning or related fields, strong Excel/modeling skills, and ability to influence senior leadership. Primarily office-based in Santa Clara with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Engineering, SCM, Finance, Business).
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the planning system to ensure demand flow across all labs.
• Own demand forecasting, capacity planning, and 5-day TAT target adherence.
• Develop scenario models for hiring, cross-training, and workload balancing with senior leadership.
