Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Sales & Operations Workforce Planning to lead the enterprise S&OP process and develop scalable workforce strategies across our national operations. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to align demand, capacity, labor, and financial goals.

The role requires building predictive workforce models, establishing planning standards, and driving adoption of processes across field and staff teams. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 10 years in workforce planning, forecasting, and resource optimization.
• 7 years of leadership experience managing large diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise S&OP process and cadence.
• Develop consensus demand plans by market and segment.
• Translate demand into capacity requirements for labor and fleet.
• Partner with Finance for reconciliation of plan vs budget.
• Prepare executive S&OP reviews and decisions.
• Lead workforce forecasting and modeling.
• Set labor standards and staffing ratios.
• Ensure routing coverage and territory alignment.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and change adoption.
• Travel up to 40%.
