Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a strategic Director of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with a strong focus on operations planning, resource management, and labor modeling.

This leadership role translates business strategy into executable, network-wide plans balancing capacity and costs. You will partner with senior leadership to evolve planning models, drive efficiency, and deliver capacity insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 12+ years in operations planning, resource management, or labor modeling.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience with teams larger than 6.
• Proven track record setting operations planning strategy at a multi-site or network level.
• Fluency translating data into executive-level strategy and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and governance for the S&OP process across the network.
• Define KPI framework and accountability structure for plan execution across sites.
• Own capacity planning strategy for personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Translate volume plans into required hours by role and process path; develop labor models.
• Model scenarios to guide leadership decisions on disruptions and capacity.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across planning, operations, and finance; manage a team of planners.
