Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Director of Sales & Operations Workforce Planning to lead the enterprise S&OP process and develop scalable workforce planning strategies across a national operations network.

Working cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Strategy, you will align demand, capacity, labor, and financial objectives, while building predictive workforce models and setting labor standards for front-line roles.

Qualifications

• 10 years in workforce planning, forecasting, and resource optimization in field operations or service delivery environments.
• 7 leadership experience, leading large diverse teams to achieve results.
• Expertise in S&OP, integrated business planning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the enterprise S&OP process and cadence.
• Develop consensus demand plans by market, customer segment, service line, and horizon.
• Translate demand into labor, fleet, equipment, and other resources; identify constraints.
• Prepare and facilitate executive S&OP reviews with scenarios, tradeoffs, and decisions.
• Build predictive workforce models based on demand trends, geography, seasonality, and productivity.
• Establish labor standards and staffing for front-line roles and deployment.
• Ensure workforce plans align routing, territory coverage, and service commitments.
• Drive adoption of S&OP processes through training and leadership engagement.
• Lead a high-performing planning team; travel up to 40%.
