Job summary

Smartcat is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to optimize pre- and post-sale motions within a fast-growing, AI‑native organization. You’ll partner with GTM teams to streamline processes, improve forecasting, and drive data quality across CRM and GTM tooling.

You’ll contribute to cross‑functional projects, translate business goals into practical operational solutions, and help scale a globally distributed team as Smartcat expands beyond Series C milestones.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Revenue/ Sales/ Customer or Business Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with GTM processes: lead and pipeline management, forecasting, territories, or handoffs.
• Proven cross‑functional, hands‑on operational contributor with adaptable priorities.
• Fluent in AI-enabled workflows and automation within GTM stacks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to solve operational challenges across the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver actionable reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from problem definition to adoption.
• Shape the evolving GTM Operations function aligned with business goals.
• Drive CRM improvements, data quality, and GTM tooling initiatives.
