Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead the portfolio-wide internet and smart technology initiatives. The role focuses on strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization to enhance resident experience and drive operational efficiency.

You will partner with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to deliver programs on time within budget, while monitoring KPIs and ensuring security and compliance across communities.

Qualifications

• ~2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or a related industry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% including local and overnight travel within assigned markets and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Resident Connectivity, Internet, and IoT program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external partners to maximize program performance.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and performance metrics to executive leadership.
• Ensure consistent program execution, standards, and timely delivery across markets.
