Dark Horse Consulting Group is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Business Operations & Account Management to own the firm's operations infrastructure, reporting to President/COO, and manage one direct report. This remote role requires 7–10+ years in business operations within professional services and a track record of improving resource utilization, client experience, and account expansion.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7–10+ years in business operations or client services within professional services.
• Demonstrated people management experience and ability to coach direct reports.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and cross-functional process improvement is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy and governance of resource management, ensuring accurate utilization data.
• Lead executive dashboards and weekly management meetings for staffing and client experience.
• Identify opportunities to optimize consultant utilization and expand client relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end project initiation, client communications, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Development on cross-functional initiatives.
