Dark Horse Consulting Group is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Business Operations & Account Management to own firm-wide operations, resource management, and client relationships. The role reports to the President/COO and will develop one direct report while partnering with ELT to drive project delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include optimizing consultant utilization, supervising enterprise dashboards, and expanding client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or life sciences advanced degree a plus.
• 7–10+ years of experience in business operations, account management, or client services in professional services.
• Experience in life sciences, biotech, CRO/CDMO, or similar fast-paced client-facing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building/operating resource/utilization management systems and executive reporting.
• People management experience with a track record of developing direct reports.

Responsabilités

• Own and oversee DHCG's Business Operations infrastructure, including RMS governance and dashboards.
• Lead the Weekly Management Meeting and optimize resource utilization and client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes; evaluate AI/automation tools for efficiency and reporting.
• Manage client relationships and expansion opportunities across projects and accounts.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Development on cross-functional initiatives.
