Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Director of Quality Engineering to lead a centralized quality function across RBFCU's application portfolio. The role partners with Development, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality engineering across applications.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, governance, and testing standards.
• Lead automated testing and continuous testing practices and CI/CD integration.
• Build executive dashboards and reporting for leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the enterprise Quality Engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Establish a centralized Quality Engineering organization supporting all application teams.
• Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks and continuous testing practices.
• Partner with business and technology leadership to align quality with enterprise objectives.
