Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union seeks an IT ECM System Team Lead to direct strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise content services. The role oversees ECM platforms, workflows, and team development to ensure secure, compliant content management and ongoing automation.

This is a hybrid role (remote/onsite) after a training period at RBFCU’s Live Oak, TX campus. Applicants must reside in Texas and be able to work from home, with a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of related work experience in lieu of degree.
• Five years of server support experience with a Document Management System or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year leadership of a technical resource group.
• Evidence of executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, support, life-cycle management of ECM platforms for reliability and scalability.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development planning for ECM engineers and admins.
• Ensure regulatory, legal, audit, privacy, and security compliance with stakeholders.
• Lead workflow automation using capture, BPM, RPA, and system integration technologies.
• Oversee content life-cycle: capture, classification, storage, retrieval, archiving, disposal.
• Define, monitor, and report performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Manage ECM vendors and evaluate potential solutions.
• All other duties as assigned.
