Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced IT ECM System Team Lead to join the IT Content Services team. The role leads strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise content services and oversees ECM platforms, workflows, and team development to enable secure, compliant, and automated content management.

The position supports a hybrid work arrangement after training at the RBFCU campus in Live Oak, Texas.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science, MIS or closely related field, or two years of relevant work experience.
• Five-year server support experience with a Document Management System, or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum of 1 year leadership experience of a technical resource group
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, support, improvement, and life-cycle management of ECM platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and integration.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for ECM engineers, administrators, and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit, retention, privacy, and security requirements by partnering with stakeholders to manage risk and maintain auditability across documents and workflows.
• Lead workflow automation and process optimization using capture, BPM, RPA, and system integration technologies.
• Oversee the full content life-cycle to ensure content is captured, stored, classified, retrieved, archived, and accessible to authorized users.
• Define, monitor, and report performance metrics to support service optimization and continuous improvement of ECM services.
• Manage ECM vendors and evaluate solutions.
• All other duties as assigned.
