Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our IT team. The role offers a hybrid work schedule (remote/onsite) after training at RBFCU Administrative Service Center in Live Oak, Texas.

The successful candidate will lead requirements sessions and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units. Strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of SDLC, and banking software experience are preferred to ensure robust, secure applications

Formación

• 5 years' relevant experience in IT or business roles.
• 1 year experience in Systems Analyst / Business Lead / Application Support.
• 2 years experience with Banking / Credit Union Software Applications.
• 3 years experience in an area of business specialty relevant to Financial Institution operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with product owners, SMEs, end-users, IT, vendors, and management.
• Serve as SME for assigned business units; provide guidance and process expertise.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure robust, secure, and reliable apps.
• Research escalated incidents and resolve within SLA.
• Develop project test documentation and execute test cases.
• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing with business units.
• Maintain documentation of project approvals and implementations.
• Apply tested changes to core production environment.
• Independently manage small to medium projects and estimate tasks.
• Maintain relationships with core processing vendors and monitor releases.
• All other duties as assigned.
