Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development with QE focus.
• Experience applying AI-enabled testing, automation and analytics to improve quality and autonomy in the SDLC.
• Experience driving AI SDLC adoption and measurable productivity improvements across QE teams.
• Experience with generative AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, and QA metrics.
• Experience defining, implementing, and scaling QE standards, governance models across teams.
• Strong influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, standards, and operating model for QE across teams.
• Establish and lead the QE Center of Excellence with governance forums and reusable assets.
• Define QE maturity models, roadmaps, and multi-year transformation plans across engineering teams.
• Modernize testing practices to improve quality and reduce manual effort.
• Develop a workforce transformation strategy toward automation engineering and AI-enabled QA.
• Expand AI-assisted engineering capabilities across test generation, defect analysis, and release-risk assessment.
• Define quality frameworks for AI-enabled business applications including model testing and bias validation.
• Scale QE innovations such as generative AI testing and self-healing automation.
• Embed QE practices earlier in the SDLC and align with platform engineering.
