Job summary

Claritev in the United States seeks a Quality Engineering Architect to own QA strategy and architecture for its application portfolio, modernizing quality with AI-powered testing and governance.

You will design AI agents, integrate ML-based testing tools, and define TDD/BDD practices while coaching teams and aligning with engineering leadership. This is a senior individual-contributor role with enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in software quality engineering with scale testing experience.
• Hands-on AI-powered testing tooling design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of LLM-based testing tools and guardrails.
• Expert in TDD/BDD with coaching across teams.
• Experience designing regression, end-to-end and performance testing.
• SDLC expertise with Agile/DevOps and shift-left approaches.
• SQL/PLSQL knowledge and Oracle databases experience.
• CI/CD integration of automated and AI-driven tests.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• AI-driven QE and automation strategy across the QA lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents for test generation and analysis.
• Integrate AI/ML testing tools into the existing toolchain.
• Define architecture, standards, and governance for AI-assisted QE.
• Develop reusable frameworks that plug into CI/CD pipelines.
• Own regression, E2E, and performance testing strategy and tooling.
• Mentor engineers and SQA staff on testing practices and tools.
