Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient seeks a Director of Provider Relationship, Outpatient Network, to mobilize growth strategies across clinics and state networks. You will connect providers, clients, and families to Odyssey’s clinical services while aligning with leadership and marketing resources to expand market reach.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of business development/sales experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, health administration or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in business development/sales.
• Experience in behavioral health treatment services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds state- and clinic-level strategic growth plans using utilization data.
• Collaborates with location leadership to drive growth initiatives.
• Develops and implements new growth approaches with operations and leadership.
• Develops retention strategies for top accounts and new opportunities.
• Sets goals and timelines for key account opportunities.
• Manages and monitors ROI on growth initiatives and staff productivity.
