Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health treatment services and leading growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Builds and executes state/clinic level growth plans based on utilization data.
• Collaborates with leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives and retain top accounts.
• Develops innovative growth strategies and partnerships with providers, payors, and communities.
• Monitors referrals, admissions, and market trends to improve market share and patient access.
• Leads onboarding and training, ensuring data-driven decision making across locations.
