Pasadena Villa Outpatient LLC in Nashville, TN seeks an Executive Director to lead the outpatient practice delivering Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). The Executive Director collaborates with leaders across the organization and provides leadership and supervision to team members to ensure delivery of clinically excellent, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; 5+ years in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Active LCSW, LPC/MHSP, LMFT, PhD-HSP or PsyD-HSP license in Tennessee preferred.
• Experience in corporate managed healthcare environment preferred.
