Job summary

Develop Health is hiring a Head of Provider Growth to own provider activation and accelerate first-time responses and prior authorizations. You’ll lead an activation team and partner with product, engineering, pharmacies, and pharma sponsors to drive fast, trusted outreach.

You’ll own the plan, budget, headcount, and outcomes, reporting to the CEO. Startup experience is a strong plus as you build from the ground up in a mission-driven setting that speeds medication access.

Qualifications

• You've run a function with a numbers-based outcome and managed a team.
• You've built a funnel and moved it with measurable results.
• You go deep on operations and can rewrite copy when needed.
• You pull and trust your own data to set comparisons.
• You work well with product and engineering to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation metric and set quarterly goals with the CEO.
• Review the activation funnel weekly by channel and office type.
• Decide channel mix, testing, and stop what isn’t working.
• Lead and hire the Sales Development Manager and Growth Lead.
• Set staffing plans for calling, automation, and external support.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize tool improvements.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, hubs, and pharma sponsors on outreach.
