• Drive growth of provider base and improve mix and CAC-driven metrics.
• Own and scale channel portfolio: paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, and more.
• Hire, coach, and manage the team running these channels.
• Drive segmentation and de-averaging in acquisition with a value-based approach.
• Redefine how we measure performance across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and R&D to align growth goals.
