Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Director, Growth Initiatives to turn bold ideas into real-world outcomes, working side-by-side with our executive team to shape growth. You will own initiatives from concept to launch, develop plans and SOPs, and ensure seamless handoffs to pharmacy and clinical operations while scaling partnerships.

This role requires comfort with ambiguity, a bias for action, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders to deliver measurable impact, reporting to the VP,

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of professional experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a high-performing growth environment.
• Track record of delivering complex projects and driving outcomes in ambiguous settings.
• Strong ability to structure problems, build frameworks, and communicate clearly with senior leaders.
• High attention to detail and ability to create operational tools and processes that drive clarity and accountability.
• Team-first mindset: willing to dig in, roll up sleeves, and make things happen.
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, partnerships, or program design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives including CEO and C-suite to drive growth initiatives.
• Lead from discovery through live solution, including business plans, SOPs, and training.
• Analyze data to identify what works and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on feature requests and rollout plans.
• Develop new partnership models, proformas, contracts, and scaling strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage confidentiality.

Education

Graduate degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or related) preferred but not required.
